What services does Float. GC Events offer?
We provide full event styling services including custom balloon garlands, backdrops, signage, hire packages, props, and soft play for birthdays, baby showers, weddings, corporate events, and more. Every setup is tailored to your vision.
How do deposits and payments work?
A 30% booking fee is required to secure your event date. This booking deposit is non-refundable. Full payment is due 14 days prior to your event.
What payment options do you accept?
We offer flexible payment options to make booking easy. You can pay using Afterpay, debit/credit card, or direct deposit.
Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes! We handle delivery, setup, and pack-down for your event. Delivery is charged based on your event location and will be included in your personalized quote.
Can I customise my event styling?
Absolutely. From colors to themes, we work closely with you to create cohesive, stunning designs that reflect your unique celebration.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weekends or peak seasons.
Soft Play Hire
Our soft play equipment requires a $200 fully refundable deposit. The deposit is returned once the soft play has been collected and returned in the same condition. Soft play must be set up undercover, as it can heat up in direct sun. We take care to keep your little ones safe.
Bump-In Times
We require a minimum of 1 hour to bump in for all events. For larger-scale jobs, additional setup time may be required, and this will be communicated with you in advance to ensure a smooth event day.

Can you style corporate or large-scale events?

We specialise in bringing your vision to life. Share your inspiration, and we’ll create a cohesive, elegant setup that matches your chosen theme and colors.
Should my event be indoors or outdoors?
We suggest hosting your event undercover and out of the elements whenever possible. If your event is outdoors, a wet weather plan will be required to ensure the styling remains protected and your celebration goes smoothly.
How do I request a quote?
Click the “Start Planning” button, email, or call us with your event details. We’ll provide a personalized quote within 24–48 hours, including delivery costs based on your location.
What if my plans change?
We understand events can change! Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable. Notify us as soon as possible, and we’ll work with you to adjust your booking or reschedule where feasible. Our team ensures a stress-free process.
