1. No Shipping Policy

As an event rental service, we do not offer shipping for any of our products. All of our event rentals are available for local delivery within the Gold Coast and surrounding areas only.

2. Local Delivery

We offer local delivery services within the Gold Coast, QLD, area. Delivery fees may apply and are based on your location and the size of your rental order. Delivery charges will be communicated to you at the time of booking or upon request.

3. Exclusion of Pick-Up for Large Items

Please note that pick-up is not available for large rental items (e.g., furniture, large props, etc.). These items are only available via delivery due to their size and the nature of the services provided. We will arrange the delivery and collection of all large rental items directly to your event location.

4. Service Area

Our delivery services are currently limited to the Gold Coast and nearby surrounding areas. We do not ship items outside of this region. If you are located outside of our service area and require rentals, please contact us to discuss potential solutions or alternative arrangements.

5. Rental Terms

All event rental items are intended for local use only. They must be returned within the specified rental period or at the agreed-upon time for collection. Late fees or penalties may apply if items are not returned on time.
